You can request deletion of your CreditSaathi account and associated personal data at any time.
Your profile, name, mobile number, PAN, date of birth, PIN code, stored credit reports, insights, reminders and consent preferences are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
We retain the minimum records we are legally required to keep (for example, consent audit logs and transaction records) for the period mandated by applicable law, after which they are deleted.
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
